K-Studio is looking for an experienced Senior FF&E Designer to lead the creative and technical development of FF&E concepts across our portfolio of high-end hospitality and residential projects. The ideal candidate will bring a refined design sensibility, exceptional sourcing knowledge, and strong leadership capabilities.

You will be a key contributor in setting the vision for interior design projects, guiding the FF&E team, and collaborating with architects, clients, and consultants to bring distinctive, elegant environments to life.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role for someone who combines conceptual creativity with a love for craftsmanship and execution. The ideal candidate brings technical expertise, strong visual storytelling skills, and an ability to lead complex projects from concept to completion. As a senior team member, you will guide and mentor others while remaining actively involved in design development and sourcing.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Product Design
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in FF&E design, with leadership experience on complex, large-scale projects
  • Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality and high-end residential interiors
  • Demonstrated ability to lead FF&E packages and manage teams
  • Expertise in bespoke furniture, lighting, finishes, and decorative elements
  • Strong network of suppliers and artisans; updated on current trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Rhino (2D/3D)
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Grasshopper, SubD, BIM (Archicad / Revit) is a plus
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
  • Organized, self-motivated, and highly collaborative
  • Studio-based position

 

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Lead the FF&E design process from concept to completion
  • Interpret briefs and establish creative direction for FF&E packages
  • Oversee selection of furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, and accessories
  • Prepare and review specification documents and presentation packages
  • Coordinate closely with procurement, clients, and project managers to align design intent with budget, timeline, and execution
  • Mentor junior FF&E designers and provide creative and technical guidance
  • Review shop drawings, mockups and prototypes; maintain quality control
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships and negotiations
  • Lead on-site installations, photoshoots, and styling activities
  • Represent the studio at industry events, trade shows, and supplier meetings
