Interior Architect

Our studio is seeking a qualified Interior Architect with 5+ years of experience to join our team in a full-time, studio-based position.

Role and responsibilities:   

Participate in all design stages in collaboration with the architectural team

Prepare documentation packages including FF&E schedules/lists, material lists and Bill of Quantities

Coordinate with external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors

Skills required:

AutoCAD

Adobe Suite

Experience in joinery design

Experience in FF&E specifications and lists

Fluent in spoken and written in English

Considered as a plus:

3ds Max/Rhino

Revit

Experience in construction documents
