Technical Architect

Job Description: We are currently seeking a Technical Architect to join our dynamic team and contribute to our diverse range of projects. The candidate should have a strong background in architectural design. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of the Greek Building Regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop of architectural concept
• Develop detailed architectural designs.
• Ensure compliance with Greek Building Regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
• Utilize CAD-related software to produce high-quality design documentation.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Good knowledge of the Greek Building Regulations.
• Proficiency in CAD-related software (e.g., AutoCAD). Experience in ArchiCAD will be considered as a plus.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
