Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect. The Project Architect will be responsible for submittals, architecture, project management, Leadership in Building Information Modelling (BIM). The role requires collaboration with other architects, project managers, and clients to ensure the successful execution of projects. The role also involves reviewing construction documentation, ensuring compliance with building laws and regulations, collaborating with construction contractors, and ensuring project budget and duration is met.

 

Qualifications

Experience with submittals, architecture, project management, and Building Information Modelling (BIM)
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Sound knowledge of building design, construction systems, and materials
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
Professional registration with the relevant architectural association or licensed to practice architecture in Greece
Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
