Job Overview:

As a Senior Architect at our design office, you will play a key role in leading and overseeing architectural projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for translating client requirements into innovative and functional design solutions while providing guidance and mentorship to a team of architects. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, creativity, and technical expertise to contribute to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals.
Design Development:

Create and develop design concepts that align with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and aesthetic considerations.
Utilize advanced design and visualization tools to communicate concepts effectively.
Technical Expertise:

Provide technical expertise in building codes, construction materials, and construction techniques.
Oversee the preparation of detailed construction drawings and specifications.
Team Collaboration:

Mentor and guide junior architects, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects, to integrate various aspects into cohesive designs.
Client Interaction:

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision and expectations are understood and met.
Present design concepts and project updates to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
Quality Assurance:

Conduct quality reviews of project deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards.
Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the architectural design process.
Budget and Resource Management:

Assist in the preparation of project budgets and resource planning.
Monitor project financials and resource allocations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Professional Architectural license.
