Architect

We are looking to expand our team with a passionate and skilled Architect who will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural designs and construction documentation for residential and commercial projects
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, contractors, and consultants
• Participate in planning, permitting processes, and submission of architectural dossiers
• Supervise on-site works and ensure consistency in design throughout the construction phase
• Develop presentations for internal and client use
• Stay up to date with materials, techniques, and industry trends

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture from an accredited university (BSc/MSc or equivalent)
• Registered with the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) with full license to sign architectural plans
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant work experience in construction or real estate projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD/ ARCHICAD and ideally one or more design/rendering tools (SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Lumion, etc.)
• Solid understanding of Greek urban planning laws and building regulations
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in real estate development projects
• Project management and site coordination skills
• Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently or as part of a team
• Familiarity with construction documentation, BOQs, and material selection
