Supervising Architect – Site Based

We are seeking a Supervising Architect for continuous on-site presence, overseeing construction works and coordinating site activities in close collaboration with the Project Management team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise construction works and ensure compliance with drawings
Coordinate contractors and technical teams on site
Monitor project progress, schedule, and technical issues
Prepare site reports and attend weekly meetings
Resolve day-to-day construction issues
Requirements

Degree in Architecture
5+ years of experience on construction sites
Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications
Knowledge of Project Management tools (MS Project or similar)
Full-time availability on site
