Senior Architect / Interior Designer

Makridis Associates, with over 50 years of history and a deep respect for heritage, authenticity, and innovation, is seeking a Senior Architect / Interior Designer with strong design vision and technical expertise to deliver high-quality architectural and interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural & interior design concepts
Lead space planning, materials, finishes, and FF&E design
Coordinate design documentation and consultants
Prepare client presentations and visual material
Ensure design quality and consistency throughout all stages

Requirements

Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture / Design
7+ years of professional experience
Strong portfolio in architecture and/or interior design
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or Archicad, Adobe Suite
Strong sense of materials, detailing, and spatial quality
