BIM Coordinator / Revit Technician

Kordas Architects is seeking a BIM Coordinator / Revit Technician for a full-time position at its Athens office.

The successful candidate will participate in the development of BIM models, technical documentation, and coordination of architectural projects of varying scales, working closely with the studio’s design and project teams.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role or within an architectural office environment using Revit
Excellent knowledge of Revit
Experience in architectural documentation and production drawings
Understanding of BIM workflows and project coordination
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Rhino, Enscape and Adobe Suite
Experience in high-end residential or hospitality projects
