Civil Engineer (Site Manager) – Construction Project Management

AGV Developments, a rapidly growing construction company based in Kefalonia, is seeking a Civil Engineer for full-time employment, responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in the area.

The position involves sites exclusively in Kefalonia, participating in projects of high quality and technical standards.

🎯 Responsibilities:

Supervise daily activities on construction sites
Organize and coordinate crews, materials, and suppliers
Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and technical standards
Communicate with designers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
Manage safety and quality issues
🎓 Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering (University or Technical University)
At least 3 years of experience on construction sites or in project management
Good knowledge of technical standards and legislation
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or equivalent project management tools
Ability to organize and lead crews
Availability for permanent or long-term stay in Kefalonia

Previous experience in construction projects
Driving license
