We’re Hiring: Architect (Full-Time) – Glyfada

Role Overview

The selected candidate will contribute to the design, planning, and visualization of residential and construction projects, working closely with our technical and project management teams throughout all project stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of 3D visualizations and renderings (interior & exterior)
• Site measurements and architectural documentation (as-built drawings)
• Development of architectural studies and design proposals
• Preparation and submission of building permit documentation

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture (Architect Engineer)
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek Building Code (NOK)
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and design/visualization software (SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max)
• Knowledge of Revit will be considered an asset
• Good command of the English language
