Revit Technician-Designer

Main responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models in Revit (and

other BIM tools as required) according to project BIM Execution

Plan, office standards, and LOD/LOIN requirements.

• Interpret and model from architectural, structural, MEP, and

infrastructure drawings, specifications, and survey data to

produce coordinated discipline models and

documentation, according to specifications.

Nice-to-have

• Experience as a BIM Modeler or Revit Technician working on

building or infrastructure projects, will be highly appreciated.

• Experience in infrastructure BIM (railways, roads, bridges, tunnels,

or utilities) including working with survey/GIS data and

existing-conditions models.

• Knowledge of openBIM formats (IFC, COBie) and data handover

requirements towards asset management.
