Revit Architect

NoCa is seeking a talented Revit Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate is design driven, detail-oriented and technically skilled in Revit. You will be responsible for developing architectural drawings, coordinating with consultants, and supporting design through all project phases.

We are a team of architects, BIM managers, computational designers, and creative technologists with over a decade of experience in leading architectural practices across London, New York, and the Netherlands.
With a focus on BIM management and coordination, we lead efforts in digital project delivery, BIM documentation, interoperability workflows, complex geometry rationalization, parametric design tools, environmental analysis, GIS data integration and much more. Our approach ensures that we streamline project processes and enhance collaboration across all phases of design and construction with the use of advanced technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce architectural drawings and 3D models using Revit.
• Collaborate with project teams on design development
• Coordinate with consultants
• Support BIM standards and workflows within the team.
• Assist in design presentations and client meetings when required.

Requirements 

• Degree in Architecture
• 2-6 years of experience
• Proficiency in Revit
• Knowledge of Rhino
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English

• Knowledge of Grasshopper is a plus
