Operations Director

doxiadis+ is hiring for the position of the Operations Director, who will jointly perform that role, and the role of design Project Manager on critical projects.

A. Operations Director

Manages the department which produces project designs, and collaborates with the Business Unit Managers, reporting directly to the Principal.

Responsibilities & Tasks

• The overall administration of the Operation Department
• Resource programing and management
• Efficiency and delivery of projects to budget
• Delivery of projects on time
• Balancing project requirements with a good working environment
• Development of the department

B. Project Manager

Manages a design production project from contract to delivery in such a way as to ensure its delivery on quality, on scope, on time and on budget, by a team under a Lead Designer who is responsible for the production and content of the design.

Responsibilities & Tasks

• Assist in the preparation of project scope and contract
• Assist in project resource planning and monitoring
• Set and monitor project timelines
• Monitor and safeguard project scope
• Monitor and safeguard project risks
• Act as pivot point for external communications
• Prepare internal project management reports

Qualifications & skills

• Degree in project management, or engineering with PM qualifications
• Experience in project management
• Experience in team management
• Proven fluency in Greek and English
