Project Overview
Centered on an active olive grove in Galaxidi’s Natura 2000 zone, Phase 1 of the project will address the construction of agricultural infrastructure. This will involve:
- A 280m² farming infrastructure, including rainwater harvesting system (100m³ underground cistern), and Biological wastewater treatment systems;
- The use of traditional construction methods using local materials combined with contemporary sustainable techniques;
- Agricologically-informed design that enhances rather than disrupts the existing olive grove ecosystem.
