Project Architect & Senior Project Architect

We are looking for design-driven architects to join our studio.

Our team works on high-end residential and hospitality projects, combining strong conceptual design, technical understanding and close multidisciplinary collaboration. We are looking for architects who can think creatively, communicate clearly and contribute meaningfully to the development of projects from concept to delivery.

We value design sensitivity, material awareness, attention to detail, clear communication and a practical understanding of how architecture is built.

Project Architect

Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
Strong conceptual design skills and a portfolio demonstrating design sensitivity, clear thinking and project execution.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to create compelling conceptual presentations and high-quality client-facing communication material.
Ability to collaborate effectively with structural, MEP and other engineering consultants.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively across multiple ongoing projects.

Senior Project Architect

Minimum 7 years of professional experience.
Proven experience in leading large-scale or complex architectural projects.
Strong ability to coordinate design teams, consultants and external collaborators.
Confidence in client presentations, meetings and design communication.
Ability to take ownership of project responsibilities while working within a collaborative team structure.
Strong understanding of design development, buildability and project coordination.
Excellent communication skills in English.
A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, design quality and experience in residential and/or hospitality projects.
Additional skills we value

Experience with Revit is highly desirable but not essential. Interest in BIM methodologies and collaborative digital workflows is a must.

Experience with rendering and photorealistic visualization workflows will be considered an advantage, especially familiarity with tools such as D5 Render and AI-powered visualization platforms such as Krea.

Technical detailing skills and familiarity with planning regulations and permitting procedures are also considered a plus, but are not mandatory.
