ARCHTIFY is seeking an enthusiastic and versatile Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first contact person to respond in telephone calls and perform reception duties
  • Coordinate all administrative functions, including operations, day-to-day office tasks, communication with clients
  • Maintains the schedule, monitoring-organizing-serving of meetings and events,
  • Supplies inventory and consumables

Requirements:

  • Degree in a related field
  • Time management, multitask and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent  Knowledge of MS OFFICE and studio equipment. Knowledge of design-related software will be a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Communication skills in oral and written language ( Greek and English)
  • Organizing and filing skills
