ARCHTIFY is seeking an enthusiastic and versatile Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first contact person to respond in telephone calls and perform reception duties
- Coordinate all administrative functions, including operations, day-to-day office tasks, communication with clients
- Maintains the schedule, monitoring-organizing-serving of meetings and events,
- Supplies inventory and consumables
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field
- Time management, multitask and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Knowledge of MS OFFICE and studio equipment. Knowledge of design-related software will be a plus.
- Ability to prioritize
- Communication skills in oral and written language ( Greek and English)
- Organizing and filing skills
