Senior Architect / Designer

THEKLA Constructions – Hiring an Experienced Architect-Design Focused (10+ Years Experience)

We are looking for a design-driven Architect with strong aesthetic vision, hands-on design skills, and excellent knowledge of the Greek Building Code (ΝΟΚ).

This role requires an architect who actively designs, develops architectural concepts and drawings, and ensures that all designs are fully compliant from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design development across all project phases
Create concept designs, layouts, and detailed architectural drawings
Work hands-on with architectural & design software on a daily basis
Ensure designs comply with the Greek Building Code (ΝΟΚ) and project constraints
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and construction teams
Prepare architectural drawings, visuals, and presentations
Support accurate design implementation through site coordination
Maintain consistently high aesthetic and technical standards

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of professional experience as an Architect
Excellent knowledge of the Greek Building Code (ΝΟΚ) and its application in design
Advanced proficiency in architectural & design software, such as:
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, Adobe Suite (or equivalent)
Strong design mindset with hands-on architectural drawing experience
Solid understanding of construction detailing and materials
Strong portfolio demonstrating concept, design development & execution
Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and creativity
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Must be based in Athens, Greece (or willing to relocate immediately)
