Role Description
We are seeking a Marketing Manager with strong Graphic Design skills for a full-time, on-site position in either Athens or Thessaloniki. This is a key hybrid role that combines communication strategy, project storytelling, brand visibility and creative design — supporting the firm’s presence and identity in Greece and abroad. The role is intended for a creative thinker with a strong personal voice, refined aesthetic judgment, and a structured approach. We value profiles that can interpret architectural and cultural narratives and transform them into compelling, contemporary digital communication.
Key Responsibilities
Communication & PR
Manage and develop the firm’s communication strategy.
Oversee website & social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), including content creation, scheduling, and publication.
Copywriting for presentations, newsletters, publications, competitions and press materials.
Shape and maintain a clear, consistent storytelling narrative for the firm and its projects.
Organise and coordinate participation in exhibitions, architectural competitions, and presentations.
Liaise with journalists, institutions, cultural organizations, and external partners.
Monitor international branding strategies and industry trends.
Graphic Design
Manage and evolve the firm’s visual identity.
Design presentations, brochures, catalogues, and project-related visual material.
Create high-aesthetic visual content that supports architectural storytelling.
Produce and edit publications, reports, proposals, and competition submissions.
Required Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in an agency, architectural firm, or creative organisation.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Strong understanding of social media management and content strategy.
Excellent command of Greek and English.
Strong aesthetic sense and familiarity with architectural terminology.
