Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural design, excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, 3d modelling and the Adobe packages. Knowledge of Revit is highly appreciated.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop architectural plans and designs for new construction projects, renovations, and additions
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients for approval
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in architecture

 

What we are looking for

• Degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural design
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Good design eye and drawing skills, by hand as well as CAD.
• Ability to communicate ideas both verbally and visually.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up (or other 3d software) and Adobe Packages
• Good command of the English language is also a prerequisite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations

 

Bonus points for

• Rhino knowledge
• Revit knowledge
• Twinmotion, Enscape or similar software knowledge
• Good presentation skills

You will be successful in the role if in the first 3 months you have:

• Become a dependable team member.
• Fully familiarize yourself with our filing systems and internal communications protocol.
• Prepare drawings and presentations for client meetings.
