Senior Architect

J|C ARCHITECTURE & CONSTRUCTION is seeking a Senior Architect with at least 7 years of experience in architectural and interior design to join our dynamic team in Athens.

Qualifications & Requirements
Professional Degree in Architecture (5-year program); Master’s degree is considered a plus
7+ years of proven experience in architectural and interior design practices
Solid background in residential and hospitality projects
Proficiency in 2D & 3D design software: AutoCAD, Rhino, V-Ray rendering
Strong graphic design skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
In-depth knowledge of Greek Building Codes and Regulations (NOK)
Experience on construction sites and understanding of standard practices is a plus
Strong communication and project management skills

What You Will Do
Develop and conceptualize architectural design ideas aligned with client needs and functional use of spaces
Produce architectural drawings, 3D visualizations, and detailed construction documents for residential and hospitality projects, including restaurant interior design
Ensure all designs comply with current building codes, standards, and regulations
Prepare project specifications; research and source materials and products
Create and present design proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with construction teams, consultants, and clients throughout the design and building process
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design implementation
Stay updated on building code changes, industry standards, materials, and design trends in architecture and interiors
