Junior Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our team. As a Junior Architect, you will work closely with senior architects and designers to contribute to the design and development of various architectural projects. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and grow your skills in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior architects and designers to develop architectural concepts and designs.
Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, models, and presentations.
Utilize Archicad, Rhino, Autocad, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite to create and modify architectural documents.
Conduct research and analysis on building codes, regulations, and materials.
Assist in the coordination and communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Attend project meetings and contribute to discussions and problem-solving sessions.
Support the project team in various tasks, such as site visits, construction administration, and project documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Strong proficiency in Archicad, Rhino, Autocad, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Prior experience working in an architectural firm or related field is preferred.
Knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A portfolio of previous work or design projects is a plus.
