Job Description:
Sissy Feida Interiors, an innovative interior design company based in Psychiko, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing demanding and multifaceted projects, ensuring high levels of quality, aesthetics, and functionality, with the goal of delivering exceptional service and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive design proposals that meet client needs, including concept development, mood boards, and high-quality presentations.
• Manage and supervise projects from concept inception to final delivery, ensuring organization, oversight, regular quality control, and adherence to high aesthetic standards.
• Maintain budgets and schedules for the effective implementation of each project.
• Coordinate and oversee teams of contractors and suppliers.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Interior Design or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in interior design.
• Proficiency in design tools and software such as ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Experience in developing and managing multiple projects with attention to detail and accuracy in budget and time management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of AI tool is a plus.
