SENIOR ARCHITECT

Tasks:

–           Responsible of high-quality design in all phases of the development along with a team of Architects

–           Producing 2d architectural working drawings and 3d models using Sketchup for the project

–           Maintain/organise project files, schedules and specifications

–           Work with the entire team, in office and with outside consultants

–           Proficient time management to facilitate working on multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

–           At least 5 years of professional experience

–           Passionate about architecture and detailed design

–           Proficiency in 2D (ACAD, REVIT)

–           Proficiency in Sketchup for 3d modelling

–           Knowledge of V-ray, Enscape

–           Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

–           Experience in all stages of design: from concept to on-site supervision

–           Experience in various project scales: from Interior Design to Master Planning

–           Excellent leadership and communication skills

–           Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills

–           Knowledge of new Building Regulation (ΝΟΚ) is a plus

–           Knowledge of the English language
