Architect & Interior Designer

LeadCompass, on behalf of a distinguished architectural and interior design firm based in Kifissia, is seeking an experienced Architect & Interior Designer to join a highly creative and well-structured team.

The Role
We are looking for a professional with 6–8 years of experience who seamlessly combines the technical expertise and aesthetic mastery of an architect with the refined design approach to form and materials of an interior designer. The ideal candidate will be actively involved in all stages of the project — from initial concept and design development to the selection of furniture and artworks that define and complete the project’s identity.

Requirements for Success in the Role

• Total Design Approach: Experience in architectural design and composition, ability to develop specialized mood boards tailored to each project, strong architectural project management skills, and a genuine passion for interior design (custom furniture, objects, art, etc.)
• Forms, Colors & Materials: An elevated aesthetic standard, combined with in-depth knowledge of the market, international trends, materials, and fashion in its broader sense
• FF&E Management: Ability to prepare detailed FF&E schedules and coordinate effectively with specialized suppliers.
• Technical Excellence: Degree in Architecture (5-year program), excellent command of AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and 3D tools (ideally 3ds Max & V-Ray).
• Project Coordination: Ability to operate as a key point of contact for clients and partners, with fluency in both Greek and English
• Site Supervision: On-site experience ensuring design integrity is maintained throughout project execution.
