Senior Architect

Το αρχιτεκτονικό γραφείο WOBI αναζητά αρχιτέκτονα/ισσα για συνεργασία full time με τα ακόλουθα επιθυμητά προσόντα:

–        Εμπειρία σε έκδοση οικοδομικών αδειών > 10 έτη.

–        Άριστη γνώση ΝΟΚ & Διαδικασία Αδειοδοτήσεων.

–        Άριστη γνώση AutoCAD. Επιθυμητή γνώση Revit.

–        Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών.

WOBI is looking for a Senior Architect to join our team.

They must be highly motivated and problem solvers! A passionate person who can make decisions, manage situations and produce high quality work.

Required skills:
-Extended experience (8 to 10 years minimum) in design development and construction drawings/details. Experience in hospitality will be considered a plus.
-Excellent knowledge of Greek building legislation (NOK).
-Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
-Knowledge of AutoCad, Revit will be considered a plus.
-Excellent communication skills and coordination experience
-In house work, only.
