SENIOR ARCHITECT

MART CONSTRUCTION E.E. is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in a full-time position. If you have a passion for architecture, a strong technical background, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs, we would love to hear from you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architectural design and composition, ensuring creative and functional solutions
• Oversee permit procedures and preparation of submission documents
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop detailed design and construction drawings
• Work within project requirements, demonstrating problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members

🔹 Required Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of the New Building Regulation (NOK)
• Advanced skills in architectural design and composition
• Experience in permit processes and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to project needs and think creatively
• Proficiency in English

🔸 Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with additional BIM/CAD software
• Experience in detailed construction documentation
