Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Architect to join our team. As a key member of our design studio, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of architectural projects, working closely with clients, consultants, and junior architects. This position is ideal for someone with a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the design and development of architectural projects, from concept through completion.
• Create high-quality technical drawings
• Coordinate and collaborate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects, providing guidance and constructive feedback.
• Conduct site visits, to oversee progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in architecture, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design and technical expertise.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both in Greek and English.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
