At Maria Kardami Design Studio, we pride ourselves on delivering cutting-edge architectural and interior design solutions that leave a lasting impact. We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Architect Director to oversee our architectural team and ensure the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of architects and designers, inspiring creativity, and promoting collaboration. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that empowers team members to excel in their roles.
Project Management: Oversee multiple architectural projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Act as the main point of contact for clients maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Design Excellence: Provide expert design direction and technical guidance to the team, ensuring that all projects meet the studio’s design philosophy and uphold the highest level of creativity and innovation.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews of architectural plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy, compliance with building codes, and adherence to project requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Introduce new methodologies and tools to enhance the design process and optimize team productivity.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with interior designers, engineers, and other professionals to develop cohesive and integrated design solutions that exceed client expectations.
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Proven experience as an Architect with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and successful project delivery.
Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide the team effectively.
In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles.
