Architect

We are looking for an experienced and qualified architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the architectural design process and have excellent technical and design skills. This candidate should also have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution.

Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications. Ensure that designs adhere to quality standards and meet project requirements
• Site Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of project sites
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring that construction activities align with the design intent
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure efficient project delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture
• 2+ years of experience in construction and architecture
• Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
• Valid driving license
