TECHNICAL ARCHITECT

Requirements

• At least 5 years professional experience
• Passionate about detailed design & construction drawings
• Knowledge of the English language
• Proficiency in 2D (ACAD, REVIT)
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite
• Strong understanding of architectural conventions, including floor plans, elevations, sections, RCP, electrical and millwork
• Job site experience including working with architects, builders, measuring and producing as-built documents
• Knowledge of new Building Regulation (ΝΟΚ) is a plus

Tasks

• Responsible for preparation of tender packages (drawings, schedules & specifications)
• Producing architectural working drawings including all details for architectural interior projects. (This includes tile, elevations, plans, sections and RCPs)
• Maintain / organize project files, schedules and specifications
• Site visits and assisting in construction supervision
• Work with the entire team, in office and with outside consultants
• Proficient time management to facilitate working on multiple projects simultaneously
