Job Title: Junior Architect
Location: Okeanidon 22, Neos Kosmos, Athens
Employment Type: Full-time, In-House

Description:

We are seeking a Junior Architect with 0–5 years of substantial experience at a respected architectural firm to join our team in-house.

The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about design and construction, with strong technical drafting and 3D modeling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Support senior architects in the development of architectural designs

Produce detailed drawings and documentation using AutoCAD and Archicad

Create 3D models and presentations using SketchUp or other

Assist in research, material sourcing, and project coordination

Participate in internal design reviews and client meetings as needed

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture

0-5 years of professional experience (as Architect) in an architecture office with exposure to various project phases

Passionate about Design!

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills in Greek and English

Able to work as a team member

Quick learner

Required Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Archicad, SketchUp

Proficiency in Adobe Suite

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (word, excel, powerpoint)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a small, fast-paced team environment

Skills that are a plus:

Photo-realistic rendering skills

e-adeies

Basic knowledge of building codes and permit processes

Experience in high-end residential or hospitality projects
