Senior Execution Architect

The Senior Execution Architect will manage the design development process in all of OLIAROS’ ongoing and new projects, working with third-party collaborators (design, PM and General contractor teams), from concept to post delivery and follow up. The Senior Execution Architect will be part of the OLIAROS executive team and will report to the CEO and the Business Development Manager.

The successful candidate will have the technical qualifications to review all the design, PM and budget documents of projects, and provide valuable feedback to the company and external collaborators. The Senior Execution Architect should have strong managerial and interpersonal skills in order to collaborate effectively with multiple external and internal partners/teams (financial, design, legal, marketing, sales) to secure the best results for our projects.

The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years’ experience in the luxury residential sector, with an active role and applied experience in the design, execution, construction and supervision of third party consultants and collaborators.

Qualifications
· Top-tier University degree in Architecture, Master’s degree.
· Excellent command of Greek and English (both verbal and written)
· PC literacy (Microsoft Office, Adobe Suites, AutoCAD, 3d modeling etc.)
· Ability to manage multiple tasks
· Problem solving mentality and can-do attitude
· Ability to establish guidelines
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Adaptive and quick learner
· Flexibility to travel, as a plus
