New year – new adventures? We are searching for a Senior Architect / Project Manager to join out studio.

We are searching for a Senior Architect with flair of management and experience working in residential and hospitality projects.

You will work closely with our director developing, producing, managing and following up with the project team, collaborators and clients. We are looking for someone who has an all-round technical knowledge and good management skills. Someone with an interest in strategy, research and processes and who is good communicator. Someone who are self-motivated and structured and who wants to be part of growing a small practice.

Natalia Kokosalaki is the founder and director of Kokosalaki|Architecture since 2010. She is responsible for the strategic direction of the practice, driven by her ambition to create opportunities to design homes, hospitality projects and office spaces in the most interesting and challenging sites. She has a strong international background, having studied and worked in London, the Netherlands and Spain.

 

Essential skills/knowledge

– minimum 6 years working in an office environment.

– experience running jobs across all stages

– excellent communication and coordination skills

– ability to multitask and work across several projects concurrently

– a good problem solver and proactive nature

– diplomatic and professional attitude

– competent CAD user – and Adobe Creative Suite user

– fluent spoken and written English
