Senior Architect Engineer

Our studio is looking for a qualified Senior Architect Engineer with +8 years of experience to join our team in a full-time, studio-based position.

Role and Responsibilities:    

Participate in the design and development of architectural proposals based on the project brief

Lead project teams throughout all design stages

Coordinate with external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors

Review and ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables across all project phases

Participate in meetings related to design development, technical detailing, and project implementation

Strong knowledge of Greek Building Codes (NOK) and permitting processes, including the e-adeies platform

Skills Required: 

High-end residential or hospitality project experience

AutoCAD

Strong experience in construction documentation and technical detailing

Working knowledge of Rhino and Revit (BIM)

Experience on construction sites and familiarity with project execution processes

Strong presentation and communication skills

Fluent in spoken and written in English

Considered a plus:

Rhino or 3ds Max
