We are seeking an ambitious and technically skilled Senior Architect to join our design studio in Athens (Kolonaki). The role involves working on a range of luxury residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects across Greece, Cyprus, London, and the Middle East.

Role Overview
As a Senior Architect, you will be involved in the development and delivery of architectural projects across all design stages, with a strong focus on technical design development and construction documentation. You will work closely with the internal design team, external consultants, and contractors, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and high architectural standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in all design stages, from concept support through detailed design and construction documentation.
• Produce high-quality architectural and construction drawings.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with external consultants and contractors.
• Support the design development process in close collaboration with the studio team.
• Ensure compliance with Greek Planning Regulations (NOK) where applicable.
• Contribute to technical problem-solving and design resolution during project development.
• Qualifications & Skills
• Professional degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience across architectural design stages.
• Strong experience in construction and technical documentation.
• Proven experience in producing construction drawings.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
• Good knowledge of SketchUp.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
