Senior Architect

K-Studio is seeking experienced Senior Architect to join our studio in Athens. The ideal candidate should have great communication skills, strong design sensibilities and experience managing all stages of a project, from concept to construction. In order to be considered for this position, candidates should exhibit three or more built works within their portfolio.

We are a creative studio of architects and interior designers based in central Athens. Over the years we have grown and evolved into a dynamic team of talented creatives that share a passion for authentic and holistic design and a united goal to grow and learn at every opportunity.

As we continue to accumulate experience and expand our knowledge and understanding across the wide variety of typologies and scales we work with, it’s vital that this growth in our design abilities also translates into a more effective structure and a more harmonious flow in the daily life of the studio.

Our contextual approach produces unique and immersive experiences through Architecture, Interior and Hardscape Design, allowing us to achieve a holistic sense of experience across the range of spatial qualities within every project.

 

Requirements:

• Minimum six  years professional experience
• Degree in Architecture (5 years) – Masters is a plus
• High level proficiency in Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite – Archicad is a plus
• Experience with NOK and planning procedures
• Experience in all stages of design & construction
• Experience in the production of Construction Documentation and Construction Support (on-site)
• Project management experience, including directing internal team & communicating with external clients and consultants
• Experience in a range of project scales, from Masterplanning to Interior Design
• Residential & Hospitality experience is a plus
• Proficiency in English
• In studio position
