Senior Architect

 

The Role:

We are seeking an Architect to join our team in Athens, able to create designs for new construction projects, alterations and redevelopments.

The ideal candidate must have deep knowledge of the local building regulations and be able to deliver designs according to budget constraints, environmental factors and company needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

-Architectural synthesis and design of residential projects
-Coordinate and monitor building permit approval procedures
-Liaise with managers to determine objectives, requirements and budget for new construction projects, alterations and redevelopments
-Preparation of architect studies, building permit file and tec specs/construction drawings preparation.

 

Requirements

-University Degree in Architecture
-Deep knowledge of the building codes and regulations
-High skills in architectural synthesis
-7 years of related professional experience.
-Excellent communication skills in Greek & English, both written and spoken.
-Proficient user of AutoCAD and MS Office
-Team oriented personality.
-Creativity
-Driving License required
