Project / Design Manager

We are a growing architectural office in Athens seeking a Project / Design Manager with an architectural background to lead project delivery and support the studio’s creative direction. The ideal candidate combines architectural knowledge with organizational leadership to ensure projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining design quality.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, and workflows (Asana or similar).
• Coordinate architects, consultants, and contractors to meet deadlines.
• Oversee project documentation, drawings, and site coordination.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication.
• Support design reviews, maintaining alignment between concept and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (required).
• Master’s in Project Management or MBA (preferred).
• 3–5 years’ experience in project delivery (architecture, interiors, or construction).
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
