Project Architect

Fermanoglou Architects & Associates is in search for a Project Architect.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and experienced architect capable of leading a project through all stages — from concept and design development to construction documentation.

Qualifications

Degree in Architecture (Master’s degree preferred).
8+ years of professional experience in architecture and construction.
Proven experience in leading projects.
Excellent design, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Archicad/AutoCAD and 3D visualization tools (3ds Max).
Strong knowledge of Greece’s Building Codes & legislation.
Experience in Construction Documentation.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
