• Knowledge of the new Building Regulation (NOK) and planning procedures
• Proficiency in 2D (ACAD)
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite
• Knowledge of the English language
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of Sketch Up and ArchiCAD software is a plus
• Communication Skills
