PERMIT ARCHITECT

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience
• Knowledge of the new Building Regulation (ΝΟΚ) and planning procedures
• Proficiency in 2D (ACAD)
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite
• Knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of Sketch Up and Archicad Software is a plus
• Collaboration with the team
• Communication Skills

Tasks

• Involvement in the permit procurement process, from initial research and documentation to final approval
• Curating the process related to permit requirements, data collection, processing, policies, and procedures
• Developing 2d drawings for Permit reasons
• Permit application handling to all services involved (Council of Architecture, Ephorate of Antiquities, etc.)
