Development Team – Junior Architect
OLIAROS is seeking a Junior Architect to join its Development Team.

The Junior Architect will support strategic planning and management procedures across all stages of high-end residential and commercial development projects, from concept inception to project delivery. The role focuses on project management, administration, design coordination, and marketing support.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing development and concept scopes
• Assisting in the preparation of architectural and program briefs
• Creating presentations and marketing materials
• Reviewing architectural submissions
• Supporting project coordination and communication among teams
  The Junior Architect will report directly to the Business Development Manager and collaborate with multiple internal and external partners, including financial, design, legal, marketing, and sales teams, to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have a background in Architecture and Design, a minimum of two years of professional experience, strong technical skills, and a genuine interest in real estate development and research.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture from a top-tier university
  (Master’s degree or MBA will be considered an asset)
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
• Previous experience in real estate development is preferred
• Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and AutoCAD is required. Experience with Rhino, 3D modeling, and rendering software will be considered an asset.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptable, flexible, and quick learner
• Availability to travel when required
• Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
