Interior Designer/ Architect

About the role

Rizos Architects is a full-service Architectural Firm specializing in the planning, design, and construction of urban and country villas, office buildings, and other projects.

Responsibilities:

This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer/ Architect role, who will be involved in:

• Producing contrsuction drawings and lighting studies
• Collaborating and communicating with clients to understand their needs, style, and budget
• Developing creative concepts, mood boards, and design presentations
• Selecting materials, furnishings, lighting, and finishes
• Working closely with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
• Requesting, reviewing, and submiting financial offers/quotes from vendors and suppliers

Qualifications:

• Post Graduate Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Minimum work experience of 5 years as an Interior Designer or Architect
• Proven ability to produce technical drawings
• Excellent knowledge of Photoshop or other visualization programs
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCad and MS Office
• Problem solving mindset and ability to multitask
• Fluent in Greek and English

Experience in the following is a plus:

• Knowledge in 3D Rendering tools
• Past experience in site supervision
