Construction Supervisor Engineer

We are looking for a competent Construction Supervisor Engineer to coordinate operations and oversee work progress at construction sites, mainly for residential projects (renovations and new buildings). All projects are located in Attica.

 

Role Description: 

• Performing cost calculations and preparing financial projections.
• Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager.
• Liaising between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget.

 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field
• 4+ years of relevant on-site experience
• Advanced user of AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Ms Office
• Proficiency in English
• Leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills.

 

A driver’s license is required.

This is not a construction foreman position.
