Construction Site Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site operations, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Supervise construction works to ensure full compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Identify, address, and resolve construction issues in collaboration with project stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain progress reports, project documentation, and records in compliance with current legislation.
• Coordinate procurement, ordering, and receipt of materials.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, progress measurements, and work certifications.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in construction site management.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
• Working proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, BIM) is a plus.
