CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Vitruvius Development is looking for a construction site supervisor to join its ever-growing team. The ideal candidate will have to manage the following taks:

– Ensure quality of construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

– Oversee and direct construction of residential projects

– Review projects in depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs

– Review quotes/orders

– Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors

– Track and review work progress on a daily basis, keep timetable and update schedule

– Prepare internal and external reports

– Resolve any problems on site

– Manage risks

Minimum qualifications:

– 3 year experience in construction site supervision of residential projects

– BS degree in architecture, engineering or related field

– Knowledge of AutoCad

– Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

– Leadership skills

– Ability to organize worksites

– Ability to compile analytical reports

– Advanced understanding of architectural and construction drawings

– Good knowledge of Greek and English language

– Excellent coordination and time management skills
