Architect with proficiency in BIM

We are an Athens-based practice working across residential, hospitality, and urban-scale projects. Our work operates at the intersection of technique, aesthetic, and methodology — a dialogue between innovation and tradition, discipline and creativity. We are looking for an architect who understands that precision in documentation is as important as clarity of concept, and that a well-crafted render communicates intent before a single wall is built.

The role

You will develop full BIM models in Revit across all project phases — from schematic design through construction documentation and site supervision. You will coordinate with engineers and contractors, produce permit packages compliant with Greek regulations, and contribute to design communication through draft renders, presentation visuals, and AI-enhanced imagery that serve the project’s design intent without distorting it.

What we look for

Documentation & BIM

• Degree in Architecture · Greek license preferred
• Solid working knowledge of Autodesk Revit, demonstrated through portfolio or work samples
• 1–4 years of office experience · familiarity with Greek building codes and permit procedures

Rendering & Visualisation

• Working knowledge of VRay or a comparable rendering engine (Enscape, Lumion) for draft and presentation-quality output
• Familiarity with AI image enhancement workflows — tools used to refine and communicate design intent
• Understanding that visualisation serves the concept, not the other way around

Presentation & Graphics

• Strong graphic skills — Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or equivalent · ability to compose a coherent design presentation from raw model output
