Architect / Set Designer

Incentive is looking for a 3D designer – Visualizer to join its small but growing team of creatives in Athens.

As a 3d designer, you will play a key role at the growing list of projects and clients of incentive, delivering creative solutions and innovative set and spatial designs.

This role provides the opportunity to work in a dynamic, creative environment, where you will grow your technical skills and creative vision.

Responsibilities

Develop and design concepts in close collaboration with the creative director for events, tv productions, marketing suites and temporary spaces
produce CGI from simple arctic images to elaborate renders that communicate the idea in an efficient way
produce layouts and plans of sets, AV equipment, cabling and audience layout
produce construction drawings for sets
use advanced rendering tools and modelling software to create compelling visual content
Research and feed the team with with all latest advancements on your field, including AI technologies

Qualifications

• You will need to have a Bachelors degree in Architecture or design
• 3 to 5 years of experience in visualization and modelling mainly in UNREAL and TWINMOTION and other software such as Rhino, Revit, VRay, Corona and Blender.
• Proficiency in using Vectorworks Spotlight is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate design concepts into visual formats
• Interest in utilising AI tools for design and visualisation workflows
• Familiarity with Audio Visual setups and concepts, a profound interest in technology and new multimedia tools is also a plus

Incentive is a design and events studio, founded by Panos Andrikopoulos, a multiawarded lighting and interaction designer, with international experience. Despite being a rather novel practice, incentive has gained a great portfolio of high profile clients and partners, working on major projects in Greece and abroad.
