Architect / Revit Specialist

Role

The role involves taking on projects from planning and progressing through the various technical stages, with direction from the Project Manager.

The following qualities are valuable; a can-do attitude, confidence to work independently, organizational skills, approachable, effective multitasking.

Responsibilities

–       Thorough knowledge of architectural detailing

–       Collaborating with the Project Manager to understand the project vision and requirements

–       Developing design concepts and translating them into detailed architectural plans

–       Producing accurate and meticulous construction drawings, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations

–       Conducting site visits and coordinating with contractors, other consultants, and suppliers to ensure the seamless execution of the design

–       Contributing to design meetings, presenting ideas, and providing valuable insights to enhance project outcomes

Essential experience/skills

–       Architecture degree or equivalent

–       Five years’ minimum experience

–       Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office

–       Strong organisational skills/ability to multitask

–       Fluent in Greek and English – spoken and written proficiency

Desirable experiences/skills

–       3D StudioMax, VRay, Rhino

–       collaborative team player, self-motivated

–       resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritize duties and work effectively under pressure
